WELCOME!
The club, with a membership of approximately110 members, has been in existence since 1971. With donations from members, the club purchased our flying field from UMD in 1996. The club also has a field just out of Superior, WI, which we lease.

The Club welcomes visitors to stop by and enjoy our planes in flight. See the Event section to the right. The Club holds an R/C Auction every February and during the summer months there are Fun Fly’s on many weekends. Club meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month, September thru April.

The Duluth-Superior Radio Controlled Model Airplane Club (DSRC) is an officially sanctioned Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) club. The Club maintains 2.5 million dollars in liability insurance through AMA. The Club also supports and assists with:

Model aircraft building and flying programs at various area schools.

The Young Eagles program sponsored by the Experimental Aircraft Association.

Youth Education programs at the Bong Heritage Center.
